And we could save billions of dollars if they would just give up the ghost and accept that fact. But they won't, of course, and we'll continue to search for crappy compromises. And we'll continue to place a massive burden on our employers and we'll continue trying to put a square peg into a round hole. Try as the right might, they will never be able to push health care into the rival/excludeable market good box. it just doesn’t work. And we could save billions of dollars if they would just give up the ghost and accept that fact.
