North Korea is only a problem for America to the extent we continue to stick our nose into the issues of others, IMHO.

Only thing we should do about them is not allow them to trade nukes, etc.

Not "saber rattling" at all. MAD is a fact of life as a nuclear power. Reminding them of what they've lost and reiterating that they will continue to lose foreign aid is the key here.

To ignore them will likley see them actup even more.

This response is warranted.

Saber rattling at North Korea makes very little sense. For one thing, it's the attention that North Korea is ultimately looking for, so it only gives them what they're after. Secondly, the nature of the threat from North Korea isn't exactly clear. Their recent missile launch was a failure, as was their first nuclear test, and most evidence tends to point towards their most recent nuclear test being faked.

I'd just ignore them altogether publicly.
